Our first meeting takes place at the site of your project and will last approximately one hour. Our goal is to understand your unique challenges, wants and needs for the space, as well as your budget and timing. By the end of our meeting, you will have a good idea of what is required to move onto the planning stage.
Planning is different for every project. The purpose of the design/planning stage is to create a solid proposal, set of drawings and list of materials. We like to give you a complete overview of the project before we start any construction. It is imperative to us to have a strong plan in place that will leave you confident moving forward into the construction stage.
A construction start date is given and all permits submitted. We make sure to meet with you through out the construction period to update you on all stages. Your project manager/designer will have constant contact with the contractors and you - making sure there are no mistakes made throughout this process. The site will stay contained and as organized and clean as possible.
The last step allows us to make sure all of your expectations have been filled and that you are completely 100% happy with the work that was completed. If there is anything that we missed, we want to know and make sure that it is taken care of before you enjoy your new space.
